Day to day:
Strategy & Planning Phase:
Play a consultant role to support the Strategy, Creative and Account leadership on the specific client during the strategy phase as they develop a strategic prop.
Participate in client and internal collaboration sessions and workshops as and when requested.
Facilitate a working session to ensure the problem is well defined;
Produce ballparks and tentative project timelines at the start to help set the project on a path to success from the get go;
Engage integrated production, and specialist (Creative, TV, Digital, Social, Print, UX, Design, Tech) resources at the
start, or as required to consult on the brief.

Creative Development Phase:
Participate in internal creative briefing;
Work collaboratively with creative team to produce concepts;
Participate in internal creative reviews as and when requested;
Collaborate with Traffic to ensure the right type and number of resources are
deployed on projects – request specialist resources as and when required;
Manage scope creep to ensure creative development stays on track, and on
brief;
Upon approval of the solution and creative idea/direction, develop an Integrated Production Brief.

Production Phase:
Facilitate Integrated Production kick-off;
Sourcing production assets from the client;
Ensure QA processes are adhered to at each phase of the project;
Support day-to-day communications with internal team (coordinate meetings, notes, status reports, task
lists, etc.);
Manage scope creep to ensure production stays on track, and on brief.

Reporting Phase:
Project wrap: Facilitate post launch ‘reflection’ sessions to shar learnings with other PDs/PMs, and include broader teams when possible;
Project Reconciliations: Ensuring all internal and external costs are reconciled against project budgets
within 2 weeks of delivering the final project asset;
Generate a Project Report.

Financial Management:
Setting realistic project budgets and managing project resources and timelines to ensure overages are kept to an absolute minimum;
Educating broader project teams on how a project is run profitably on time, on budget;
